If only looks were everything. I have come to the conclusion, that pumpkin should be left for pies. It smelled great, but there just wasn't the flavor that I was hoping for. So then I added brown sugar and cinnamon, and then it just tasted like a watery pie. Whatever. Good thing the bread was delicious, and we had some manicotti left over from last week. Now that was good. I stuffed it with turkey sausage and ricotta and topped it with marinara and mozzerella. Cheese on cheese.

Yah, I'm not a big fan of squash soups. But your manicotti sounds amazing!
it looks good!! good job on at least trying. I just get too lazy.
